Loud Clicking Noise

On a recent Zwift ride, I starting getting a loud clicking noise. It click about every second, louder on spin down. You can feel the clicks through the crank and it vibrates the entire bike. When I get off the bike, and spin up by hand, you can visibly see the entire bike shake with every click.
