Weird noise from elite Direto while Zwifting

Dear all,
Since few days,as I'm doing my training on Zwift, I noticed a weird noise from my Elite Direto as the gradient is greater or above 10%.
The noise it does it seems like the belt is "under-pressure"...but it very distinctly starts as the gradients increases, and goes away as below 10%....
Amy ideas anyone? Shall I get in touch with the support?
