Approved posts - why to moderate?

Why do you approve posts to your forum? It is not standard and in my opinion very strange behaviour...
I own your, not cheap, top model Direto II and I have asked for FW upgrade this month.
This question was not approved and it was not posted. Why?!?
I don´t understand, why to moderate standard questions and topics like this.
I owned Tacx, Wahoo trainers before and the support is one of basic topics and help to users.
Could you answer to my questions and clarify them not only for myself but for all people, owners of your products here?!?
