Hi,
I've bought an Elite ANT+ USB Dongle, but unfortunately, I'm experiencing issues with the drivers on Windows 10.
I followed this instruction:
https://elitesrl.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/a ... on-Windows
but without success.
Randomly my ANT+ dongle disconnects all the sensors like Assioma Favero, Polar H10, Elite Direto XR-T.
Do you know how to solve this problem, or should I buy another ANT+ dongle from another company?
Thanks for your reply!

Re: Elite ANT+ USB dongle - Driver problem
You can fix the error by turning off USB power saving mode by going to Device Manager > USB Root Hub > Power Management and unchecking “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”. In addition, you should use a USB cable to move the dongle away from the computer to avoid interference from the USB port. If it is still unstable, you can use Zadig software to update the device driver. Don’t forget to update Windows and turn off unnecessary background services that can interrupt the connection. In case the error persists, you should consider switching to an ANT+ dongle from Garmin or Anself – these products often work more stably on Windows. Pokémon Gamma Emerald
