Hi, recently i need to make a fresh install of my pc, my ssd was full of data, and need to pass to hdd. After install Real program again and make initial configuration, the program only let create a new account, it's impossible connect to my account. I see that program accounts is made with Alias but it's impossible recover my own account. I need to make a new account with diferent Alias. I'm not sure if my old password it's correct but all answers are, this Alias is in use. There are any way for reconnect to my own existing account??
