Trying to calibrate my Elite Qubo Wireless for the P1,2,3 settings but i receive 'no software installed' and won't go any further? How do i resolve?

Sorry, can you explain me from where you're running the calibration?
Are you using my e-training app or my e-training Desktop pc software?
Can you post a screenshot of the error you get?
