This is why we decided to retire the REAL software in favor of Elite's myETraining platform.

REAL software has officially been discontinued in the year 2021, this means that no new functions will be developed and we'll no longer supply assistance in case of any malfunction.

ELITE intends to thank its long-time customers for their loyalty with a modern, updated and richer software: myEtraining. For any question on the software you can contact the support team, which will help you transition to the new platform.

Only those who own our legacy home trainers will always have the chance to enjoy the Windows version of the myEtraining platform for free.

myRealVideo will continue to exist through my e-training software.
It won't be possible to download myRealVideos through Real software.

My real e motion b+ rollers where fine up until this winter on zwift...since the new updates connectivity hit and miss So if I read this right even though they say it can be firmware upgradeable on a sticker on it (I tried through Upgrado but it wouldn't recognize it) there is no software to support the trainer. So my $1000+ dollar roller is a paper weight? Serial50803

You can use Real Emotion B+ with my e-training, it is already supported.
