file missing reinstall?

when opening the app on my laptop i get the message
file c:\users\name\appdata\local\elite\real\data\inlet\server file.inf missing" is missing reinstall app
i did this and got the same message?

I don`t speakt English so well.
So in German:
Der Support ist immer sehr hilfsbereit !
Ich finde es bedauerlich, dass so teure Geräte nach Deutschland geliefert werden, ELITE es nicht schafft eine vernünftige Software die auf allen Betriebssystemen läuft bereitzustellen.
Der Support möchte gerne helfen, aber ich bin kein Informatiker und kann auch kein technisches Englisch.
Es kann nicht sein, dass ich als nicht Techniker erst einmal auf meinem funktionierenden PC die USB Ports untersuchen und neu einstellen muss ?!
So bleibt der Trainer (RealAxiom Kabel) weiterhin ungenutzt in der Ecke stehen, mangels funktionierender Software!

I'm sorry, I rally can't speak a word of German
I see that you're already in contact with our customer care and your case seems to be resolved.
If it is not so, please write to the guys there again. If you're not able to understand the english instructions, tell them that you need a german translation.
