Misuro calibration is off 25%

My Misuro is reading 25% too high. Is there any way that I can adjust the calibration of the Misuro?

Recently I became suspicious of the power numbers that I was getting from my Misuro so I did a test against a recently calibrated SRM pro. I collected 13 data points spread more or less evenly between 70 watts and 300 watts as measured on my SRM. I got a really good linear fit (R-squared=.9935). The relationship is Misuro watts = 1.2532 x SRM watts -7.65 watts.

Can you help with this?

Thanks,

Frank

Are you sure that the misuro is set properly (correct number of flashes)?
Which trainer model do you have exactly?

Hi,

I have a Turbo Muin Elite with a serial number greater than 30,000.
I've verified that it is set up with correct number of flashes (12 flashes).

Earlier today I repeated my comparison test and also reverified the flash count. I got the identical results.

Thanks,

Frank

Frank,

please do this test:
- calibrate your power sensor
- do a 10 minutes training at 200W
- run at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 km/h and for every speed, take note of the power you get from your power sensor and the power you get from the misuro

Then, please contact the customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com.
Specify the serial number of the trainer and add the results of the test above.

Regards

Thanks, Elite Admin S.

I use a Wahoo Elemnt to pair with my Misuro B+. It has known issues with correctly configuring the speed portion of the Misuro B+, and in fact I always observe a speed of 0.0. I haven't worried about this since — as the Elite documentation mentions in several places — what really matters on a stationary trainer is power and cadence.

But the net of this is that it's difficult or impossible for me to generate power vs. velocity data.

Is there another approach that I can take?

Thanks,
Frank

Hi

It's necessary to understand if your Turbo Muin develop the correct power (compared to the standard power curve).
So, we need to understand the power at the various speed.

Do you have a smartphone with the bluetooth smart? If it is so, please install our my e-training app (the free version is enough).
In this way, you'll be able to see speed and theoretical power from the trainer and in the same time you can check the values from your SRM.

Hi EAS,

I don't think the e-training app is available for my iPhone.

Instead I used a Garmin 820 and paired it against the Muin/Misuro. With that I was able to successfully collect the requisite data for the Muin against two different SRM's, which I'm about to forward to customer care.

For what it's worth, the two SRM's agreed well with each other at each of the velocities, and each displayed a similar discrepancy with the Muin/Misuro, so I think I've got a pretty good set of data.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks,
Frank

Which model of iPhone do you have? Can you tell me the iOS version?

I hava a similiar problem. I know where the button is. But when I push www.talktosonic.com nothing happens. The Led is not blinking. I replaced the battery. No change. Is the Misuro defect?

Time and location automations cannot be fully automated and require manual confirmation.
Tutuapp 9apps Showbox
You cannot have an automation with an two AND conditions. You have to pick one for the trigger and then use an IF statement in the shortcut to check the other condition.
