inaccurate power reading

Postby davidrich » Mon Feb 19, 2018 1:09 pm

My Misuro was reading power very well, but has now started to read between 10-30 watts lower than normal. It is usually about 7w out from my Garmin vector 3 pedals when I used them on the Misuro trainer, but the difference is getting bigger & bigger. It is noticable when using normal pedals too. It also makes a strange noise when in a particular gear (3rd & 4th sprocket on the cassette) but the power difference is when using all sprockets. What could this be? It makes the trainer fairly useless at the moment. It reads HR fine at the same time.

Check the battery level. If it is on the limit, this also can cause this issue.
If the problem is not that, contact the customer care at real@elite.it.com
