Misuro only goes to 10?

Hi, hoping you can help. I have a turbo muin and misuro Bluetooth smart sensor. Previously I had these paired and was using Zwift with no issues. I have since gave both to a friend of mine and on trying to set it up can only get the misuro to flash 10 times before going back to 1. I believe that the unit should actually go up to 14 flashes with the turbo muin needing a setting of 12. Can you advise? Serial number for misuro is 2510. Thanks.
