Can't see the data of my Misuro B +

Hello, I have some issues with my Misuro B +. I use a self developed app, the app see the sensor, I can connect to it, but I can’t see the stats like speed, rate etc. And in the My E Training app, I can’t connect to the sensor. I’ve got the Elite Novo Force Elastogel Black Edition. Can you help me please ?
