S/N Turbo Muin

I have just purchased the misuro b+ sensor for my turbomuin but the serial number on my trainer is 63200 which is not available in the manual settings. And if I try to connect through the app by flashing the qr code then enter the SN it first found the model (TurboMuin) but then answer that the serial number is invalid. What should I do?
