Connection error Elite HF chest strap

Since last November I've been having connection problems displaying the correct HR. After starting training and connecting to the display, the display counts down to a frequency of 15-25, even with very high loads, the value does not rise higher than 75. I have already bought a dongle to optimize the Ant+ connection. But it only worked once. I'm at a loss.
