Cannot sysc video

Hi my recording will not upload to elite server, gets stuck at about 880mbytes (from the total 5,5gb)
Will not get past that point I've tried different wifi networks, restarting app, phone etc.
See screen shot in attachment, Cannot get past this point. Please help as I am losing faith with elite and its software/support
