I've just bought used trainer Drivo (around 400km) with added #lifetime free subscription#.
I've got some problem, because previously user, he make account for him with this code on e-training app. And when I want to make my account I have some messege that this code is already used.
He said that he don't need this account no more.

Is it possible to remove his account, and after then I can make with this code my own account.
Maybe he have to write to ELITE with please to delete account or sth? Or maybe he can add some extra user?

Could someone help me?

I'm sorry, once the coupon has been registered it is linked to the account that has been used.
It is not possible to transfer it to other accounts.

If you want to use all the functions in my e-training app, you have necessarily to purchase your own subscription (or you'll have to use his account).

How do you purchase a subscription?

Open left menu, select premium and you'll get the link
