Training Test With DIRETO

Good morning everyone.
I just bought the elite Direto. I use to have an Elite KURA.
I have a major question about the Training test.
I CAN or CAN NOT change gears during the test? the information is not clear to me.
All already read everything.
about training.
With Elite Kura was really easy to do sprints, any tips to do with this kind of training with DIRETO?
