I’m struggling to connect my Gramin HRM to My E training (Android) app.
The HRM is ANT+ compatible but when trying to connect, the message “update in progress” appears then for a brief moment the message “plug in you ANT USB stick” returning to the “update progress” screen and stay like that forever.
Any idea how to overcome this issue?
In the first run with my Direto, I’ve connected both my Garmin GPS + HRM and it worked fine with the Direto, I was able to see HR+speed+power…. in the GPS but no information about HR was shown in My E Training.

Do you have a usb ant+ dongle for your phone?
If it doesn't support the ant+, you need it.

I'm having a similar problem, only connecting the GARMIN HRM3-SS (ANT+ compatible), with the desktop Beta version of MY E TRAINING and a MISURO B+ on my QUBO DIGITAL WT. It just doesn't recognize the sensor which (otherwise, with other systems) works perfectly.
