Elite Aleno

Hi,

I just bought Elite Aleno trainer and can't pair it in the My e-training Mobile app.
It selected Aleno based on the QR code and then clicked configure.
It says 'start pedaling, update in progress' and never goes further ( I was pedaling couple of minutes on this screen).
Battery is in.

Any hints?

Check if the battery is fully charged.
Also, check if the selected trainer is the right one (we had some units of this trainer with wrong QR code on it)

If still you're not able to connect, please contact the customer care using the contact form in the app
