App subscription charge

Hello,
I just bought a Qubo Smart B+ trainer which came with a free code for a 1 year subscription for the app. However, I just saw I was charged for a one year subscription. I entered the code on the account page when I started using the app.
Can you please help me out with this, also I want to make sure that I don’t get auto renewed - I am happy to try out the app to see if I like the service and if so I will continue to use it, but so far I can’t cancel the subscription in iTunes or in the MyETraining app.
