Connectivity Issues Qubo Digital Smart B+

Hi all,

I often have connectivity issues with my Qubo Digital Smart B+:

(a) the app says that there is no incoming signal (bluetooth) so I cannot start the training
(b) when connected, suddenly all the values (speed, cadence, resistance) dropt to 0. This usually happens after 1-2 minutes but has happened as early as 20 seconds into training and as late as 15 minutes into the workout
(c) when connected, suddenly all the values (speed, cadence, resistance) freeze at a certain level after 1-3 minutes

I'm using an HTC U11 via bluetooth, my phone is on a chair next to the trainer, I have no other bluetooth devices turned on and the problem occurs both with or without my tomtom watch (heart rate). Already tried restarting the trainer, the app, the bluetooth connection and the phone. Sometimes I get lucky and sometimes I don't (yesterday I wasted 30 minutes and couldn't train).
