I've got a problem : I'm using the software on my phone (Galaxy S8) but when I download a realvideo I can watch it during one or 2 days and after I have to download it again !
I've got 128 Gb so it isn't a problem of space

I have the same problem with my iPad! The loaded videos are deleted overnight!
