Adding family members

Anyone know how to add other users and switch between them. The publicity says you can have 2 other users but I can't find anything about it within the app or the documentation.

Hi

Register a second account in the app.
Then:
- log in using the account with the subscription
- open the left menu and select premium
- select add email address and put the newly registered account

Please notice that soon this option will be removed (I don't have an official date, but it will happen quite soon)

I'm using the iOS app and when I click Premium there's no option to add another email address. When I click on the question mark it says 'You can link up to two email addresses to your subscription'.

I had the same issue. I need to add my family members but this option is missing on the Android app.

You mean that this offer was permanently cancelled, or the it was removed from the app and you will bring it again?
Because this feature, anounced in many ways, was the major point that made me decide to go premium on the MyEtraining app...
And, so now...?

I recently bought a Qubo Digital, that I realized its firmware non-upgradeable, there is no ant+ fe-c... no connections to PC even with a ANT+ adapter... taking bad news day after day.

Sorry to say that, but I've been very frustrated with those issues.

I confirm you that it has been removed permanently.
We're sorry that this choice has caused dissatisfaction.

About the Qubo Digital, if it is the not upgradable version it means that it has been produced some years ago.
If you've bought it recently, it must have been a second hand trainer or a trainer that has been in a warehouse/shop for quite a lot of time.

When the first productions have been released, the ant+ fe-c was not so widespread, that's why that trainer didn't support it.
Later, we also decided to release upgradable firmwares, but it cannot be retroactive (due to the electronic itself).

Hello,what a shame to have to pay for each member of family that use the same HT. We have only ONE home trainer so we cannot use several accounts in the same time ! Why should we pay all of us just to have differents settings of account ?

Is the function of having more than 1 user still not available on the app. It is very disappointing that my wife and I can not share it if that is the case.
