Won't let me configure my trainer

I have the elite qubo digital smart b+ and I open up the myelitetraining app and when I try to configure my trainer nothing happens. I've been cycling for five minutes and nothing. I'm so fed up with this trainer, yesterday I spent 4 hours trying to connect it to anything. It won't work with zwift it won't work with the app and it won't work with the device that reads measurements that came with it. I can't even see it come up when looking for Bluetooth devices. I know I'm not supposed to connect it but it doesn't even show up. It's plugged in it's got a light on and nothing. I don't even think the thing has Bluetooth. I'm extremely annoyed and would love an answer on how to fix this trainer. Thanks

Sorry for the delay, it's a quite busy period of the year for us.
I've seen that you've also contacted our customer care and a technician has already answered your request, but he didn't get a reply from you.
