Heart rate sensors - compatible devices

Postby Batan » Sun Oct 22, 2017 9:46 pm

Dear,

Please can you tell me do you have a list of heart rate sensors that are compatible with MyETraining app, for example is it compatible with Suunto Smart Belt? http://www.suunto.com/en-US/Support/Mov ... count-App/

Thanks.

The app is compatible with any ant+ or bluetooth smart heart rate sensors.
Check the protocol with the manufacturer to be sure that it is compatible.

Greetings,

I'm presently using a Wahoo TickrX heart rate monitor, and I was able to successfully register it with the my e-training app using bluetooth. However, when I attempt to perform a workout, the app does not capture heart rate data. I should mention that my trainer (Arion Digital B+ smart rollers) is connected to my phone through bluetooth as well. My phone doesn't support ANT connections. Could this be the issue?

Wahoo TickrX transmits in ant+, so if your phone doesn't support this protocol, you have to use a ant+ dongle.

The Wahoo TickrX and Tickr HR monitors are dual BT and Ant+ units.
I have a Tickr HR and use E-Training on an Iphone 5S via BT (I have no Ant+ dongle).

I also get E-Training repeatedly not displaying the Tickr unit and so I have to reconfigure the app, but it often takes 3-4 attempts before the Tickr is noticed by E-Training.
The Tickr performs faultlessly using other apps.

I have a tomtom watch with Bluetooth heart rate sensor. How do I connect it with my e training app? I read online that I must tap sensor search! Where is that option? Thankyou, nick
