I'm in the exact same position, entering the serial number and it's not recognised, with the same error.

Why is this happening, so annoying. Please fix this.

Hi, on my side, the QR code is invalid and I cannot find the serial number.

I bought an Elite Novo Smart and I cant find where to activate the promo code for 1 year free training in the app. Where especific in the app am I supposed to insert the code?

Hi, I have same problem with my new Direto XR and the activation of free trail.

Coupon activation not possible
It was not possible to recognize the selected serial code or trainer
Make sure the trainer serial code is correct. Please click here below.
(E1004)

I have tried to fill the serial number with and also without commas. The serial number is the same in the app MyEtraining and also Upgrade. The trainer is paired by using the QR code on the Direto.

Same issue with my Directo XR, put the serial in, and Error not recognised.. :(

Should you still be encountering difficulties:

- Make sure you typed in the correct serial number and try conducting the procedure again, use a different device if need be
- write down the error message number displayed on screen
- contact the customer care (https://support.elite-it.com/en/ticket)
