Spinning out in FTP test

Hi,
So, my question is; is there any way to increase the resistance in the FTP test to be able to stay at a lower rpm?
The background; just got my Suito a few days ago. Did a test ride and seems to be working fine. However, I did an FTP test with My e-training and I would have wanted much higher resistance. I admit I'm a bit of a grinder, prefering a cadence at about 75 but even in the highest gear (42 by 11) I was spinning at over 90 rpm. I'm a tiny guy with an FTP of around 200 watts so shouldn't be an issue to provide more resistance, and the trainer/app did that when going uphill on my first ride.
So is there any way to tweak this, or could I perhaps trick the app into providing more resistance by manually entering a higher FTP prior to running the test?
best regards
Patrik
