Problem with app

Hi,

got my drivo today, app doesnt work correctly... i cant scan the QR Code with iphone or ipad. When i want to start connect via bluetooth no device find the trainer only the garmiin edge 520... when i go to workout on the app i say starts pedaling i drive 5 min same on the display

what did i have to do now?

Hi

Select the trainer manually from the list instead of using the QR code and let me know if in this way you're able to connect.

Hi, i have a problem,


Turbo muin B+,
i cannot connect with the Ipad 3 and the trainer software, either with Ant+ or Bluetothh, no chance, it does not matter which trainer i use.
Pedal for 10 minuits with no sloving, I am using the wahoo Ant adapter for the Ipad 3.
With the Tacx Software and the genius on the Ipad ... no probs

Hi

Are you sure that the trainer is not still connected with something else?
Did you check the battery of the misuro, the number of flashes and the position?
If you've done all these things and you're not able to connect, please contact our customer care at real@elite-it.com
