The activity that takes place in the Training Test seems to all be based on the HR zones that are set up in the "Parameters" section - this is based on your Max HR which is just a text entry, , This then affects the target HR for the training test when it ramps up the power.
Although I don't have to hand my Max HR as I don't generally train with a HRM, I find that the 220-age gives a number that is too low and the training is too easy.
Is there any advice on finding the max HR or establishing the right zones?
