Removing entries in my e-training Android

How do I remove entries from the app. I've used the app to record my daughter's workout but don't want to keep it under m profile. How do I do that?

Scroll with your finger from right to left over the training session you want to delete

Yeah..Right..Just move from right to left and it would work for u

Scrolling does the job here. Don't get confused with it.
