Invalid SN on new trainer

Hi Guys,

I have a new Turbo Muin Smart B+ trainer and when I go through the setup with the My E-training app the serial number is invalid according to the app.

Any ideas?

Are you trying to put also the "S/N"? You have to insert only the number (53558)

It looks like the QR code is wrong. i just tried a manual configuration and the S/N worked. I will try it again in the morning.

Hi,

Tried again this morning and using a manual configuration on a tablet and android phone, I was able to get data from the misuro. When doing the QR code, both devices failed at the serial number. Hope that this helps.

I had a similar problem with getting my Misuro B+ working with my Quick Motion Rollers a couple of months back. QR did not work but manual entry did.
