Elite server not accessible, please try again in few minutes

Hello,

my e-training Mobile version can't connect to Elite server. It always raises a message "Elite server not accessible, please try again in few minutes!". Could you help me to sort it out? One remark - I have this app installed on a set-top-box with Android version 4.4.2. Thanks

May I ask you if you are russian?
If it is so, it may be due to your country internet restrictions.

Hi,

sorry to ressurrect such an old topic, but looks like I'm another occurerence of this error message. It's not a country network issue (I'm from Poland), especially as the application is running correctly on my PC and my Android phone. The error message appears in the application installed on a TV box with the following specification:
Processor: Amlogic S905X3 64-bit quad core
System: Android 9.0 Pie
RAM: 4GB
GPU: G31™ MP2
Bluetooth: 4.2

The Google Play store shows your app as compatible with my device and allows to install, however I can't get past the logging... Any idea, what causes the issue?
