Power loss on Qubo Mag Power Smart B

Hi, I have an Elite Qubo Mag Power Smart B +. I have been unable to detect the power for a few days using my my e-training app. Actually for about a minute during training the power is calculated, after a while the value remains unchanged and then it is set to 0. Speed and number of pedaling is regular. I've already tried to clear the app's cached data, to reinstall the app, but the result does not change. For a minute everything is ok and then scores 0.
I also thought it might depend on the coil battery, but the synchronization is successful and as I wrote above, the cadence and speed are displayed without problems.
Could you direct me to solve the problem?
