Direto calibration

Hi,

I've used the myETraining app to perform a calibration of my Direto (after proper warming-up of the device).
It returns a value of 6897 while the sticker on the Direto says this should be 6903. This seems not a "very close" value.
Should I perform some steps to tighten the belt? If so, what steps would you recommend?

Hi

It depends.
Do you have any other issue (strange noise, slipping at high speed, sudden drop in power)?
If it is so, it is necessary to tighten the belt. In this case, contact our support to have proper instructions (https://support.elite-it.com/en/ticket)
If not, don't worry about the difference.
