Elite Direto Bluetooth Pairing

When using the my trainer up to configure my device it picks the trainer, speed and cadence sensors but not the power source. It just requests I start pedalling then remains on that screen. Any ideas?

I've sent an email through to support also.
Just to clarify I am referring to my E-trainer not picking up the Direto's power sensor/meter. I am not using an external or second power device.
