Qubo digital smart b+ power sensor error

Hi all, starting from today I've lost power sensor on qubo digital, it give me a crazy power like 518watt each time I touch my pedals and don't go. Down or only for a moment. Any suggest? This one have only one month of. Life...

I’m having a very similar issue and can’t re-calibrate...
I have tried and seriously failed to re-calibrate as my readings were way over the top on Zwift.
Now they are WAY out and I’ve tried through iPhone, iPad and MacBook Pro and none were able to re-calibrate and now the power readings are are so far out it’s ridiculous. Help needed to sort this please!
