Elite Qubo Smart B+ trainer calibration

Hi,
I've been using the Qubo B+ trainer since January. It works great for most things and I use it for Zwift riding most of the time. I have it set to the correct wheel size and have the trainer difficulty set to maximum (100 on Zwift). I know it maxes out at about 7% slope, but either going up hills or doing sprints, it is like the top end is too easy. I go up steep hills in my top gears, something I would never be able to do on the road; and when doing sprints, I can't get it to go above about 350 watts and 42 km/h. I've got energy left, I'm in my top gear on a decent road racing bike, the gearing ratio is suitable, but I'm out of gears and my cadence is already in the 110-120 range. On the road, with wind, I can go above 50 km/h, just can't do it on the trainer.

If I were on the road and running in my top gear, I'd be standing up on the pedals, but I can't do that as the resistance just isn't there and if I try to stand up I am in an unsupportable cadence. Any help would be great.

Hi

Are you sure to have selected the "fe-c" option in the Zwift settings?
If it is so, please write to our customer care at real@elite-it.com and add:
- trainer device number
- screenshot of the selected configuration
