Canyon Speedmax CFR not fitting on the Turno

I have tried to fit my new Canyon Speedmax CFR on the Elite Turno but it seems that the bike is not compatible?
I wonder if I'm doing anything wrong or simply doesn't fit.
Main problem is that the frame touches on the plastic part of the trainer and prevents me from reaching the Thru-Axle hole to attach the bike.
I've tried with both combinations with no luck
1- Shimano 105 11speed SPRocket
2- Shimano Ultegra 12speed sprocket
