Resistance Too High on Direto

Postby alex.welsh4 » Fri Feb 16, 2018 3:25 am

I have a new Direto that seems to be having problems. Whenever I turn on resistance mode, even the tiniest little grade feels like the Zoncolan. For example, at a 3% grade 100 RPM in a 36/26 (my smallest gear) requires about 360 Watts. For reference, I’m 172 pounds/78 kilos. I’ve tried calibrating over and over again to no effect. I have this problem in myETraining and TrainerRoad. Please help!

Please contact our customer care and add:
- the serial number of your Direto
- the offset value you get at the end of calibration
- an exported file of a training in which the issue is visible

have you tried checking your connection quality? are you using an USB cable extender?

I was having issues with poor connection quality with my Drivo. Using a cable extender fixed all my problems
