Rizer Steering Broken

Hi All.
I've had a Rizer for around 4 years. During a ride on Zwift the other day i lost the resistance on steering and the avatar veered left on the road and if you steered back to the right out just went back left again. The handlebars are all floppy and there's no resistance from the Rizer. Gradient control is still working.
Anybody come across this and repaired it?
