Suito: Unable to Connect App with Suito T Trainer

I would like to use my Suito T trainer again after the summer break. Unfortunately, I am unable to establish a connection between the training app and the trainer.
After plugging in the power supply, the blue LED lights up immediately and remains on permanently, but none of the other LEDs light up. According to information provided by the chatbot, the issue could be related to the power supply, which I have already replaced. I have also tried unplugging the power cable for about 10 seconds and reconnecting it, but without success.
If this is a hardware problem:
- Who can assist me in resolving it?
- Is it possible for me to replace the affected component myself?

I have the exact same problem.
Blue LED flashes but it won't connect and isn't recognized by anything: rouvy, upgrado app, myETraining app, not even visible as bluetooth device on PC or phone. Doesn't connect via ANT+ either. I tried to update the firmware with upgrado app but it's not recognized.

Suito T, bought new in Oct. 24. Worked last winter with win10, now I have win11, not sure if that has something to do with it.
Any help or hints appreciated.
