Elite Zumo - No Data Coming Through - Help!

Hey everyone,

I hope that you could help. I've just tried to get out onto my Elite Zumo and I'm not receiving any data back through to any device or application.

I can see the Zumo is connected to the devices, Google Pixel or Macbook and I can see the Zumo in various applications, myETraining, myWhoosh, Zwift, Trainerday however I am unable to control the Zumo and the application is not receiving any data from the Zumo relating to speed, cadence, power etc.

On the myETraining Levels test if I increase the number I can see and hear the mechanics working however there is no resistance through the pedals.

I am wondering whether there is an issue with the freehub and cassette?

If anyone has any pointers, it would be greatly appreciated!
