Resistance check

I’ve done the resistance check for my Novo Smart (as per https://elitesrl.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/a ... 52442a87fe) and as I got a negative result I took it apart as per instructions and videoed the yellow shaft, which did not turn. It said to send the video to Customer Care, but the link goes to a general help page and no way to upload a video or an email address to send it to.
Please advise. Thanks.
