Elite TUO ERG mode stop working

Hello,

I bought an Elite TUO in december. It was working fine on Zwift until this week. Now ERG mode no more work so when the hill increase or decrease, the resistance doesn't change. So in high increasing hill the power is totaly crazy, like 600w as i am pushing like 100w...
I tried to do again a calibration, no change, check with upgrapdo I'm up to date, try with MyElite app and same problem...
Any idea ? Really disapointed...

You should contact the support. Several of us got the same on different home trainer and the motherboard was said to be broken and they send us a spare board. I'm yet to receive mine but hopefully it will work.

I have same issue; could you please share how did you get in contact with support? Was via email or by phone? I haven seen any contact number on the web site. I sent email couple days ago and I haven’t received any answer or advise yet.

Any information I will greatly appreciate it

From the following page : https://support.elite-it.com/en you can search for your trainer. For you tuo then, and at the end of the page is a link to the ticketing page : https://support.elite-it.com/en/ticket

Usually they reply the day after, I guess they work on support in the morning.
I got the motherboard yesterday and I installed it right away. It works perfectly now.

I guess from the first email it took maybe two weeks. Maybe one week of exchange by email (2-3 mails) and then a week for the parcel to arrive.
I confirm for my suito the problem is now resolved and I'm enjoying again :D
