Elite Evo resistance issue

Hello,
I'm having problem with very high resistance in Evo trainer (kind of decathlon version of qubo digital I believe).
The resistance is all the time ultra hard on both zwift and e-training app (on level mode).
I looked inside what's goin on and I noticed a thing visible on the vide:

When I unplug a trainer and plug it again and the resistance screw is getting shorter. And when I repeat multiple times it's getting fine and drivable.
Now, when I open the elite app to start level training and I set level to maximum (16) the screw is getting as long as it can get, then when i change level to 1 is getting only a bit shorter so the resistance is only a little bit lower than the 16 lvl.
Any ideas how to deal with it? I don't have warranty anymore.
