I recently purchased the ELITE ARION DIGITAL SMART B+ ROLLERS. The attached video on unbox and setup shows that the unit comes with multiple power supply adapters and you select the proper one for your country. This gave me confidence that I could purchase from anywhere and have no concerns. I purchased the unit from the UK since it had free shipping to the US so I bought it. The unit only arrived with the UK insert. I travel so had the appropriate external adapter but was wondering if the product is still supposed to ship with multiple inserts as is seen in the video and the store incorrectly responded that it only ships with the plug from the country of origin?

I have a similar scenario with the Elite Nero Rollers which I'd purchased online from a European site. It arrived in Australia with ONLY the Italian plug adapter!
Anybody know where/how I can obtain an Australian plug adapter?
