Doesn't turn on

Hi there
I used my trainer a couple of days ago and today, when I connect it to the power supply, it makes a constant louder noise than usual and the red light inside doesn't turn on.. I tried to connect in different power plugs at home and the same thing happens. Can someone help me with that?

Probably the electronic board has broken.
Please contact the customer care at real@elite-it.com and explain the situation, they will tell you how to procede.
Remember to add information on the trainer (model and serial number)
