https://www.decathlon.it/home-trainer-evo-interattivo-id_8532337.html

Saluti

Hi!

Unfortunately I couldn't connect the Elite Evo trainer to My E-training app. It didn't work on Android, iOS, and Windows 10 via Bluetooth.

However I've found an other post about the Aleno home trainer which is also a Decathlon exclusive home trainer, and there they recommended using the Beta version of My E-training. The Elite Evo also worked on the beta version, and it worked on Zwift (all platforms).

Do you have any tips what causing this issue?

The trainer is connected and paired via Bluetooth but My E-training app does not receive any data from the trainer.

Opinioni?
Grazie
