Turbo Muin - Speed is too low

Hi,

I'm the owner of a Elite Turbo Muin serial number <30000 and a speed/cadence sensor.

Speed accuracy is far from being accurate. A power of 200w results in only 22 Km/h. I have been changed the wheel size from 2070 to 2180 but the problem persists. Is there a way to solve this?

I am training using myEtraining app, as Desktop Version seems not to be compatible with Turbo Muin. When is a compatible version expected?

Many thanks in advance,
Carlos

Hi

Speed seems correct.
Please consider that the Turbo Muin is not a simulator, its power curve grows up very quickly.
Please look at this document that explains how the Turbo Muin works:

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!
I HAVE WHEEL SIZE 2140 BUT SPEED AND DISTANCE IS TOO LOW.
THE PROBLEM IS THE SAME EVEN IF I LINK THE TRAINER TO MY GARMIN 1030 APPLYING 2140/13,2 IN CIRCONFERENCE SET THE SPEED IS TOO LOW ABOUT 20% LOW RESPECT REAL VALUES.

SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH

HO LO STESSO PROBLEMA CON LA APP INSERENDO IL VALORE 2140 REALMENTE MISURATO SULLA RUOTA. HO RIATTIVATO LA APP NEI GIORNI SCORSI MA QUANDO LA USAVO L'ANNO SCORSO IL PROBLEMA NON SI PRESENTAVA AVEVO UNA VELOCITÀ MEDIA DI 30KMH CON LE ABITUALI POTENZE TENUTE IN STRADA.
NON PRETENDO LA PRECISIONE MA ALMENO AVVICINARSI ALLA REALTÀ NON SAREBBE MALE ANCHE SE QUELLO CHE CONTA POI ALLA FINE È LA POTENZA
