ZUMO Trainer Failure

I purchased a Zumo Trainer in October 2021 from Decathlon, currently it has been ridden less than 30 hours. Already the drive belt has failed. Having checked this is a common problem. This is a terrible level of service. I would like to know how you are going to rectify this.

It's not a common problem honestly. We had few cases of broken belts with Zumo.
